Marconi Pond Dipping
Huge thanks to the Marconi Team for hosting us at the ponds this evening, a great wildlife adventure and fun on the nature trail too!
If you haven’t been go visit, cubs balanced on cross bars, skimmed across stepping stumps, executed chin ups and dips all whilst learning about wildlife.
Our pond dipping adventure began with a talk on the history of the pond then an introduction to our newest cub “anet” who got dipped to see what we could find, and what a safari…newts, tadpoles, water boatman, a leech, and other various creatures.

What another great night organised by Baloo and we welcome a new assistant, Cally who joined us for the first time tonight and confirms she will be back!!
